The E.U.I.P.O. has opened, also for 2024, the “SME Fund,” which allows small and medium-sized enterprises based in the EU to protect their intellectual property rights by accessing refunds directly into their bank accounts of up to 75% of the registration fees for new trademarks and designs in the EU, and up to 50% of the registration fees for those outside the EU, with a maximum refundable amount of €1000.
